Seems like the first sign of Ignition Casino going belly up? Does this have anything to do with the cryptocurrencies tanking in the past week? Hundreds of my dollars are locked in my account and I also have a $162 tournament ticket which expires on Nov. They said the paperwork is handled in the order it was received, yet they received it 9 days ago. I have been a customer of theirs for 5 years now and was even a customer of Bovada when Ignition bought them out and this is how I'm treated. My account is still locked and I have called 6 different times, each of which I am unable to speak with a supervisor due to 'no supervisors available.' After being on hold for nearly an hour each time, I was told they would have to schedule a call back within 24-48 hours. I sent them the info on the 19th and they confirmed they received it on the 19th. They told me it would take 24-48 hours after receiving the documentation before my account would be unlocked.
Ignition Casino has locked my account with my funds and I was told I had to provide a government ID along with a recent bill before they would unlock my account. Being this is one of the most popular poker talk forums, I figured I'd share my experience to help others avoid the upsets. I'm having a horrible experience with ignition casino and I feel helpless.
